Who we are: Doro Technologies is a non-custodial crypto-to-fiat payment platform for UAE real estate transactions, registered in the DIFC, Dubai.

What we collect: We collect only the minimum data necessary for compliance and operations: your name, contact details, and business information when you sign up; identity documents for KYC/KYB verification; crypto wallet addresses and transaction data when payments are processed; and basic technical data (IP address, browser type) when you visit our site.

How we use the data:We use your data to process payments, verify identities, maintain audit trails, settle funds to your bank account, communicate with you, and comply with UAE/DIFC financial regulations.

Who we share the data with: We share data only with trusted third-party compliance and fraud detection platforms, our licensed identity verification provider (Sumsub), and regulatory authorities when legally required. We never sell your data.

How long we keep the Data: Transaction and compliance records are retained for a minimum of five years, as required by UAE AML regulations.

Security: We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data.
